Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines terms and conditions of shipping and related services provided by Warner Electronic India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “WEIPL”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). This Shipping Policy should be read along with Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Notice of WEIPL’s website.
This Shipping Policy shall only apply to any customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, “You” or “Yours”) that places an order of products purchased through our website and delivered by Us.
In case of products purchased from a third-party platform, their terms and conditions and policies shall apply.
Shipping Time
All orders are processed within a maximum of 7 business days of confirmation of the order. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
From the point the order is dispatched, We strive to deliver the order within 10 working days, depending on the geography. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your order, We will inform You of the delay immediately and work to get Your consignment to You as soon as possible.
WEIPL via its delivery partners will deliver to the recipient at the address indicated at the time of checkout, or to someone other than the person or entity named at the time of checkout having apparent authority to accept the shipment in the name and on behalf of the recipient. There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally and the delivery partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.
Payment/Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery service is available on Our website. WEIPL will be able to ship the consignment on a pre-paid and post-paid basis via the best alternative options available.
You can also place an order on Our website using various payment methods available on the checkout place.
Shipping Updates
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once Your order has been shipped. The confirmation will contain the tracking number(s) and tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
We utilize trusted third-party logistics service providers to ensure efficient delivery of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email/ message containing a tracking number and ID issued by the specific carrier. This information will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email/message by the third-party logistics service provider once Your order has shipped containing Your tracking number(s) and the Site tracking link.
Please note: While we strive to provide accurate and timely tracking information, some delays may occur in the system updates provided by our third-party partners. Delivery Restrictions
In the rare case, there may be a delay in delivery of Your consignment due to floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.
WEIPL is not responsible for any extra taxes that are applied to Your order which is dependent upon the state or constituency to which the shipment must be delivered. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Products
For complaints or issues regarding delivery of damaged products or packaging, please refer the clause below or our DOA Policy available at here.
If You receiver a damaged product, please contact Us within 48 hours of receipt to file a claim. Please save packaging materials and damaged goods before writing to Us.
Incomplete Delivery
A shipment shall be considered to be undeliverable if:
- the recipient’s address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect, or cannot be located;
- the recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for the delivery of any shipment;
- the shipment would likely cause damage or delay to other shipments or goods, or injury to persons;
- the shipment is detained or otherwise unable to clear local or state boundaries;
The delivery of the products/orders is processed at such address which is provided by You. WEIPL or its delivery partners do not have an obligation to verify the details of the delivery address provided by You. You agree and understand that WEIPL shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:
- delivery of the product(s)/order at a wrong address furnished by You;
- any loss and/or damage to You due to incorrect, incomplete, and/or false information furnished by You;
- or any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the product(s)/order purchased on the Site.
From time to time there may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience that is caused to you.
We do not provide option of changing the delivery address after the confirmation of the order. You will have to cancel the order if You wish to change the delivery address and place a fresh order.
Packaging material accounts for close to 30% of all the waste in the landfill. We would encourage every customer to reuse and recycle all the packaging material.
Returns
You may return unused and unopened Products within 3 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Returned Products must be in their original, unused, and damaged conditions. All original packaging materials, including manuals, warranty cards, and any product inserts, must be included with the returned item.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, installed, or damaged due to misuse or improper handling. However, in case of defective/dead product, you may refer to our DOA Policy available at here.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or phone at +91 9766208080 within 3 days of receiving your product Our customer service representative will provide you instructions on how to return the product. Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all product inserts and manuals. Once a return is initiated, We will provide return authorization receipt on Your registered email address.
Ship the return package to the address provided by Our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive Your returned product and verify that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for Your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any Product that is not returned in accordance with these terms of this Shipping Policy.

Please note that the products purchased from any third-party platform will be governed by their Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policies. You can refer respective shipping policies of the third-party platforms.
